Summer Orzo Pasta
This summer I made one of my family's favorite Italian dishes for my dad's church event. This cooled pasta is light and yet nutty in an olive-laden, dripping medley of herbaceous flavour. The currants and dates add an interesting balance to the optional chicken and lemon zest. We gather basil from the garden and I show each step.
